I have struggled with excess weight since I was 8 years old. I have been on many “eating plans” and exercise plans. I have lost a considerable amount of weight in my life… and gained a lot of it back. I lost 100 pounds between 2002 and 2005. I gained 35 of that back and then a friend told me about this diet. She mentioned the name and I went home and started my research.
I am very health conscious and strive to eat most of my diet from organic or farm fresh sources. I have found the diet that works best for me – body, mind and soul. However, even eating this wonderful, healthy diet was not getting the weight off of me. I have exercised myself to the point of total exhaustion in my life and refuse to get insane with working out again. I do believe that moderate exercise is excellent for my body and intend on continuing that throughout my life. My husband and I love the outdoors and we hike, bike, and kayak whenever we get the chance. However, my extra weight was making those activities difficult.
As I stated previously, a friend told me about this diet and I did my research. At first, I thought it was crazy. But, I continued my research and it actually made a lot of sense to me. So, I decided to try it for one week. If I was losing weight, was not starving and feeling deprived and still had energy to continue my daily activities, I would continue.
Well, that week came and went and I have now done two rounds of this diet with enormous success. I am now down to a weight that I have not been since 1993. I lost a total of 57.5 lbs in just under 7 months! It was so easy and very fast. I still look at myself and am amazed. I guess my mind has not quite caught up to the loss yet.
I have been on the maintenance phase of the second round of the diet now for 13 weeks and have had no problems with maintaining the weight loss. I have eaten whatever I feel like, within reason, and do not feel deprived in any way. I am actually back to the same healthy way of eating that I mentioned in the second paragraph.
My clients have come in and asked me what I did to lose all the weight. So, I have told a lot of them. Several of my clients have gone on the diet themselves. I have seen some of them struggle because they did not read everything or did not understand some parts or just didn’t follow it correctly. I want to share this with everyone so that everyone can experience this amazing feeling of joy and relief. It is so exciting! This is the reason that I have decided to offer a program based on this amazing diet. I want to provide guidance and support for those that want to do this most effectively.

UPDATE – I did the diet for 3 rounds and got down to a weight that I hadn’t seen in over 20 years! I had a learning experience though after the third round that has allowed me to be even more helpful for those that want to really succeed at getting rid of that excess weight once and for all – for EVER. I did not follow the rules strictly for the maintenance phase after my third round. Because of this, I gained a little bit of the weight back. So, after a good length of time, I did the diet one more round. I experimented while doing it the last time with some new ideas I had. Well, this time, I lost quicker and with more ease than ever due to these new tricks.
