Zucchini Cake

By: Zane Willis

This is a new recipe that I love to make and take to family events. It has been to quite a few, and has even been made for others to take to potlucks. Don't let the name fool you, it doesn't even taste like Zucchini!

This recipe was input by my webmaster. It is NOT appropriate for the HCG diet. It may, however, be enjoyed on the last 3 weeks of maintenance or after maintenance.
