Baked Curried Fish

Servings: 1 servings
Ingredients
  • 100 grams white fish
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 stick breadstick or melba toast crushed into crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon onion finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic crushed and minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon curry powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley
Directions
Combine dry spices and toast crumbs.  Dip fish into crumb and spice mixture to coat thoroughly.  Broil fish until fish is cooked and herbed crumb mixture is slightly brown.  Garnish with lemon slices and fresh parsley.
