Kielbasa and Linguine

This is a quick and simple recipe that can be made with very few ingredients.

Servings: 6 servings
  • 1 whole Kielbasa
  • 1 tablespoon Sunflower Oil
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup 8 ounce can.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

Server over either

  • 1 bag Linguine Noodles Cooked al-dente
  • 2 cups White Rice Cooked sticky
Directions
  1. Chop the kielbasa into small pieces. I like to cut slices about 1/2 inch thick then cut each slice into 4 pieces.
  2. Fry the kielbasa in the cooking oil for at least 5 minutes.
  3. Add the cream of mushroom soup and the spices. Bring to a boil then simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
  4. Serve over noodles or rice prepared per package instructions.
